As Production Foreman and Workshop Manager, Armstrong Dlamini is the beating heart of the Magna Kitchens factory floor. He is a remarkably hard-working, deeply dedicated team leader who oversees every aspect of the physical manufacturing process. Armstrong ensures that the transition from technical design to physical creation is completely seamless. He manages the workshop staff with genuine respect and strong leadership, ensuring that every cut, assembly, and finish meets our uncompromising quality standards. His profound dedication ensures that projects are built safely, efficiently, and exactly to specification.
Procurement Manager
Waldo van den Berg
As Procurement Manager, Waldo van den Berg plays a highly pivotal role in making absolutely sure that Magna Kitchens always has the exact resources, materials, and supplies needed for every project. Waldo works very closely with Wynand van der Merwe to anticipate and proactively fulfil all procurement requirements, ensuring that tools, hardware, and raw products are on hand precisely when and where they are needed. In addition to his procurement duties, Waldo is also actively involved in the highly technical design process for Cabinetry.
His proactive approach keeps every stage of the workflow running perfectly.
